Stunning shapes and shadows that can only be seen from a bird's eye view

JP and Mike Andrews could not believe their eyes when they first saw the results of shooting their drone. They discovered a world hidden in the sky and seemed so beautiful and unrecognizable that it took their breath away from these species. Fascinated by test shootings, the brothers went to travel around the planet to show "how bizarre and amazing it can look from above." So the series Abstract Aerial Art was born.

Despite their passion, the Andrews brothers do not take pictures of everything. Their pictures are distinguished by clever compositions that emerged as a result of intensive research. J.P. and Mike are not inclined to give in to chance. To create the desired photo, they think through and study every little thing, using Google Earth and other similar applications.

Photographers say it’s really hard to believe the authenticity of some of their shots. Nevertheless, they are all real, shot in real places and not subject to any manipulation, except for minor improvements in color and contrast.

When they do not play with shadow, the Andrews brothers use their drone to create impressive compositions from the most ordinary objects. Andrews focuses on symmetry and idyllic forms. Looking at their work, you get pleasure, even if you can not fully understand what exactly is shown in the photograph.
