The most explosive festival in the world that you will not see anywhere else

There are a lot of various festivals in the world, but some of them are so unique and amazing that you will not find anything like it anywhere else. In the forefront of such events, of course, is the festival of explosive sledgehammers.

Every year it takes place in a tiny Mexican town called San Juan de la Vega. The holiday has a historical connotation, because in this way the locals reproduce the 400-year-old battle that was once waged here between farmers and wealthy landowners.

Now, to pay tribute to the past, local people gather annually and beat with sledgehammers on fireworks and firecrackers. Anyone can take part in such a spectacular and dangerous action. However, it is worth considering the fact that during the holiday dozens of participants do not calculate the power of improvised explosive devices and receive serious injuries. That is why during the holiday, ambulances and police are always on duty here.

If the spirit of adventurism outweighs any risk in you, then you can easily take a sledgehammer, on the end of which a home-made firecracker is fixed, and together with the locals with all your might strike at a specially prepared concrete block. Sometimes the explosion turns out to be so strong that the hero is simply thrown aside for several meters.

But, of course, everything that happens during the holiday will be best seen on video.
